Our firm presently has two partners – Ronald Alli and Khalil Alli.
Ronald has served as the primary principal in the firm since 1979. Over that time he has been responsible for audit and tax assignments on many large and diverse enterprises including local affiliates of several international and regional companies.
Ronald is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales. He is a past president of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Guyana as well as a past president of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of the Caribbean.
In 1990 he was awarded the Golden Arrow of Achievement for service to Guyana.
Khalil joined the firm in 2000 and was admitted to partnership in 2005. He has been responsible for the audits of entities in a wide variety of industries in Guyana including banking, insurance broking, mining, energy, manufacturing, brewing, retail and distribution, entertainment and professional services.
Apart from his vast audit experience he also has significant experience in advising large local and foreign companies on securities markets, corporate governance and taxation.
Khalil is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales. He is a past president of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Guyana. He is presently President of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of the Caribbean.
Khalil is a graduate of the London School of Economics and Political Science having completed undergraduate and post graduate programs in Economics at that institution.
